Meditation: a Path for Everyday Living
For those who are new to meditation and for those who wish to renew or deepen their practice, a year-long meditation series is being offered at iGita in Oakville. This series will be presented on Tuesday evenings, 7:30 - 8:30 p.m., in 4-week sessions.
The first session is on Mindful Breath. We will learn how breath can be a tool for change, as we explore both the gross and subtle aspects of breath as well as different breathing techniques to help bring peace, equanimity and clarity into our daily lives.
The fee is $40.
