Introduction to Meditation (Toronto)
‘Meditation is the path of living fully with all its joys and sorrows, pleasure and pain.’
In these five sessions we will lay the foundation of the meditation practice complimented by dialogue and breathing exercises. The meditation practice will give us the understanding of the relaxation, awareness and expansion of the awareness, the three experiences of meditation.
This program take place Wednesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Nagara Yoga in Toronto.
The course fee is $125 (including HST).
