5-Tibetan Yogas - a moving meditation

Five Tibetan Yogas as taught by the Venerable Tibetan Lama Za Choeje Rinpoche to Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw, former Tibetal Buddhist Nun, to Sham Rang is approached as a moving meditation.

Often referred to as ‘the fountain of youth’, the 5-Tibetans Yogas or Rites are said to pre-date the yoga we know today and consist of 5 simple, sequential postures to promote balance, strength, and energy.  This practice is suitable for all age groups and all body types.

Working with the five elements, five levels of healing and the five forces, a daily regime of just 10 minutes a day can bring greater flexibility of body and mind, leading to over-all better health, peace and well-being.

The first session of this level I program for beginners or for those wishing to refresh their experiences with the Five Tibetans will take place 7:00 - 7:30 a.m. Monday - Friday, March 5 - March 9.
