About Samagra

Samagra is an organization and movement that provides practical meditation instruction for everyday life. We combine ancient tradition with contemporary science to deliver practical tools that help you live with authenticity, wholeness, compassion and wisdom. The foundation of our system is the concept of Naturality: the art of living according to your own nature, walking your own path and being your own person.

Samagra’s teachings are not aligned with any specific religious practice, spiritual tradition or philosophical system. Rather, we have researched a number of methods, both ancient and modern, to build an eclectic and flexible set of tools that you can use right now to develop a personal meditation practice that is relevant to your everyday life. We believe that the answers you seek are inside of you right now, and we have the tools to help you ask the right questions.

Samagra provides applied meditation instruction through workshops, courses and programs that range from absolute beginner to advanced teacher training. Our Introduction to Meditation program provides resources to build a solid foundation for your meditation practice. At the other end of the spectrum, our 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training Program, certified by the Canadian Yoga Alliance (CYA-RYS200), delivers a comprehensive course of study and practice that gives you the means to help yourself and others on the path to personal liberation. We also run an ongoing series of events, which include seminars, lectures and workshops on a number of topics to introduce new techniques and give your practice both breadth and depth.

Our faculty consists of an eclectic team with extensive background across a broad range of disciplines and traditions. Together we have consolidated our shared experiences into a unified curriculum that you can use to develop a practice that suits your personal nature and lifestyle.
